Small Business Development Center
Contents
Small Business Development Centers offer one-stop assistance to individuals and small businesses by providing a wide variety of information and guidance in branch locations across the U.S. The program is a cooperative effort of the private sector, the educational community and federal, state and local governments and is an integral component of Small Business Administrations Entrepreneurial Development's network of training and counseling services.
Hosted by leading universities, colleges, and state economic development agencies, and funded in part through a partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, approximately 1,000 service centers are available to provide no-cost consulting and low-cost training.
